This form is to submit your booth registration to become an exhibitor at our annual Viet Expo happening on Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at the Oasis Convention Centre.

Event details & Agreement terms

VCPA supplies Registrant with a 6' wide by 2' deep folding table and 2 chairs.
VCPA provides an 8' x 10' booth space for each registered Registrant.
Registrant must provide their own marketing materials (Backdrop, Banner Stand, TV, etc.).
Event runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Registrant commits to not dismantle before 5:00 PM.
Registrants may setup from 8:00 AM.
Registrants must email their company marketing materials and logo to vcpacanada@gmail.com at time of registration.
VCPA will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
