This form is to submit your booth registration to become an exhibitor at our annual Viet Expo happening on Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at the Oasis Convention Centre.

Event details & Agreement terms
  • VCPA supplies Registrant with a 6’ wide by 2‘ deep folding table and 2 chairs.
  • VCPA provides an 8’ x 10’ booth space for each registered Registrant.
  • Registrant must provide their own marketing material such as Backdrop, Banner Stand, Pop Up Stand, Counter Pop, TV, or any other promotional items related to Vendor’s business, profession, or service.
  • Event is scheduled to run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Registrant commits to not dismantle before 5:00 PM.
  • Registrants are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
  • Registrants may setup from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
  • Registrants must email their company marketing materials as well as their logo to vcpacanada@gmail.com at the time of registration.
  • VCPA will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury during the VCPA 2026 Expo event.
